All Grundy County elementary schools recently took the Winter Universal Screener test for reading and math. Students are scored “Scale Score” and “Percent to Standard.” Swiss Memorial Elementary School is celebrating the following teachers and the success of their classes on the screening test: Jessica Wilkinson whose fifth grade class scored first in the county on “Percent to Standard” on the reading test; Angela Fults whose seventh grade class scored first in the county in both “Scale Score” and “Percent to Standard” on the math test; and Shannon Crabtree whose third grade class scored first in the county in both “Scale Score” and “Percent to Standard” on the reading and math tests.
