“Small Town Christmas”

ChristmasThe Town of Tracy City’s “Small town Christmas” kicks off at the mini-park on Friday, December 4, at 5 p.m. with free hot dogs and drinks. The Christmas tree lighting ceremony will follow at 6 p.m. with carols in the park. All local churches and individuals are invited to participate and enjoy the sounds of Christmas.

On Saturday, December 5, children of all ages can enjoy decorating cookies and storytelling by Mrs. Claus at the Dutch Maid Bakery, beginning at 12 p.m. The Heritage Center will host a coloring contest at 2 p.m., followed by letter writing to Santa at the Annex Café. The letters can be dropped off at the Heritage Center and will be delivered to Santa after the holiday parade that evening.

At 5 p.m., line up begins for the Christmas parade in the old Sav-A-Lot parking lot. The parade will make its way through town at 6 p.m.
