The Grundy County Department of Education is pleased to announce a grant award from the South Cumberland Community Fund (SCCF) for the purchase of Enrollment Express, an add-on enrollment component to the school’s current attendance software.
Enrollment Express allows families to register for school online which is an invaluable service and is especially vital during the Covid-19 pandemic. School administrators anticipate Enrollment Express being available to families before the end of July.
Attendance supervisor, Val Nunley states, “I’m excited about the possibilities of Enrollment Express and what it can offer families and students of Grundy County. A big thank you to SCCF for making this possible.”
Enrollment Express will help both families and school administrators. Families will have access to flexibility and more choices for registering and keeping their contact information updated. School administrators will save valuable time and resources with a streamlined system to collect accurate information and compile data.
The South Cumberland Community Fund is a local philanthropic entity that serves the tri-county area of the South Cumberland Plateau. Since its formation in 2012, SCCF has awarded numerous grants to Grundy County Schools both District-wide and to individual schools.
