Robert F. “Bobby” Nunley has been charged in Grundy County stemming from an October 16 search warrant conducted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office.
Nunley has been charged with two counts of manufacturing, possessing, and sale and delivery of a controlled substance along with possession of burglary tools.
Nunley had been in the Bedford County Jail on a $1 million bond. The bond was lowered this week to $300,000. He was booked into the Grundy County Jail on the new charges on Thursday, Oct. 29.
