John Christof’s charges from his May arrest were dismissed and his record has been expunged.

On May 5, 2022 John Christof was arrested by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office for alleged stalking and coercion of a witness.

The grand jury found that there was no true bill, meaning the prosecutor would not seek formal charges against the defendant. A no true bill is a legal procedure to dismiss charges against a defendant when the grand jury does not find enough evidence to charge the defendant with violating a law. Last week, the TBI approved an order of expungement of his criminal record.
