Mountain T.O.P. will offer seven weeks of day camps this summer for children and youth ages 6-17 that live in Grundy County. All day camps run Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Children will be picked up and dropped off at their house everyday by Mountain T.O.P. participants. Lunch is provided at all Mountain T.O.P. day camp programs.
Day Campers (ages 6-11) spend each day going around the community on field trips, playing games, learning about fun activities in the community, making crafts, and learning about the Bible.
Kaleidoscope (ages 6-11) will be held June 8 – 12 and is for children with an interest in the arts. Campers will spend the week taking different art workshops such as drama, music, painting, and more.
Summer Plus (ages 12-17) runs June 22 – 26 and allows youth to come and learn new hobbies and skills they may not learn at school. They will have the opportunity to take workshops such including cooking, drama, sports, screen-printing, and photography.
Quest (ages 12-17) takes place July 6-10 and is an adventure camp for youth in Grundy County. Participants will learn about character traits through high adventure challenges over the course of the week. The challenges will include high ropes elements, hiking and canoeing.

Mountain T.O.P. announces its sponsorship of the 2015 Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) between June 8 and July 31. The program is administered in Tennessee by the Department of Human Services under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Meals will be provided to all eligible children free of charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
