Kelsey Harriman, a senior at Grundy County High School, signed last week to play basketball for the volunteer State Community College Lady Pioneers. Lady Pioneers head coach Otis Key stated that Kelsey will give the team a three-point threat. “To have someone that can come off the bench or start and make shots is crucial for any team to be good,” said Key. “Combine that with her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strong family values – I feel we got a steal with Kelsey.” Pictured are – back row (l to r): Otis Key, Vols State head coach; Adam Floyd, GCHS vice-principal; Deidre Helton, GCHS principal; and Louie Ladd.
