Grundy Courthouse Announces Enhanced COVID Prevention Protocol

Posted on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 1:46 pm

To keep social distancing guidelines in place the courthouse will be required to a limit of 10 folks at a time into the courthouse. In order to keep a count, the only entrance door will be on the right side of the courthouse. If you are standing in the road looking at the courthouse it is the right side door which will also accommodate wheelchairs, walkers etc. You will be asked to exit another door, unless you have a disability.
Because of office space, there are different limitations to the number allowed in each office in order to abide by the social distancing guidelines. Each office will have that information on their doors.
Temperature checks, masks, and hand sanitizer or gloves are required to enter. They have all of this available for you, so no worries. If you have a health problem that will not allow you to do any of these, they will try to get someone from the office to serve you outside.
Staff is still limited so wait times can vary. It is highly encouraged that you use other available resources to take care of business such as car tag renewals with Tammy Cleek Sholey can be handled in many ways. Car owners can mail in to P.O.
