The November 12 Grundy County Grand Jury returned the following no bills – no proof:

Jerry Wayne Dove – leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, reckless driving, responsibility law, seatbelt law

Scott Huckabee – aggravated assault (2 counts), assault (2 counts)

James F. Jenkins – D.O.R., evading arrest, drug paraphernalia, possession of Legend Drug

James Larry Layne – unlawful possession of a weapon by convicted felon: Drug
