their evidence in a theft of property case. Earlier in the year deputies
conducted a search warrant at Nolan’s residence on Rock Avenue in Palmer in
which they recovered a stolen utility trailer and gun. Nolan is being held
on $100,000 bond. His court date is April 1.
The Grundy County grand jury handed down indictments last week
relating to the sell and delivery of Schedule II drugs as well as the
facilitation to sell Schedule II drugs. Indicted were Daffie Nolan,50,
Louie Nolan,45, Felicia Nolan,30, and Daniella Nolan,29 all from Daus Mtn.
Road in Palmer. “We have been working on this case for almost a year. We
wanted to be sure we had a solid case before we proceeded,” explained
Sheriff Clint Shrum. All four are being held until April 1, when their
bond will be set in open court.
