GCHS Volleyball

The Lady Jackets finished fourth in the district tournament, putting out Sequatchie before dropping the match to Signal Mountain. Faith Haynes was named as Grundy’s All-District player, with MaKayla Gill and Kaila Elsea receiving Honorable Mention. The coaching staff appreciates the leadership of these three seniors.

untitledThe Lady Jackets finished the season with a 9-12 record, showing tremendous grit. “We anticipate working in the off season to become faster and stronger, developing a winning program, and we appreciate the help and support of the Grundy County High School community as we strive for excellence on and off the court,” stated Coach Brittney Butner.


GCHS won in four sets, dropping the second set to SCHS.
