Tourism–Dutch Maid Bakery, Tracy City
“The bakery has survived this long because of its great recipes,” said current owner Cindy Day, who purchased the bakery in 2005. She collected all the original recipes the Baggenstoss family used back in 1902. “Every loaf of bread is hand-rolled and we ship fruitcakes all over the United States,” said Day.
