the 25th day of Au-

gust, 2021, to secure

the payment of a

certain note to Citi-

zens Tri-County

Bank of like date,

said trust convey-

ance being of record

in Record Book

1137, Page 430, et

seq., Register's Of-

fice of Grundy

County, Tennessee,

to which reference is

made for full con-

tents thereof;

WHEREAS, said

trust conveyance

(deed of trust) pro-

vides for the sale of

the property herein-

after described in

the event of default

in payment of the in-

debtedness se-

cured; and

WHEREAS, default

has been made in

the payment of the

indebtedness se-

cured by said trust

conveyances.

Now therefore, by

virtue of the authority

vested in me as trus-

tee, I will on Tues-
