4-H Archery Team Competes

Congratulations to members of the 4-H Archery Team on competing in the 4-H State Archery Jamboree on March 25, in Murfreesboro. Archery teams from across the state participated in the tournament. Youth can choose if they want to compete in the Genesis, Recurve, or Open Compound divisions. 4-H Archery is open to youth in grades four through twelve. The goal of the program is to teach youth to use the equipment safely, marksmanship, and other valuable archery skills. Geier placed 8th in the Open Compound division, and Briggs placed 7th in the Genesis division.
