Chief Deputy Bean Honored for Traffic Safety

Grundy County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Tony Bean was recognized by the Tennessee Highway Safety Office on August 24, in Murfreesboro. Director Vic Donoho (right) and Deputy Director Jason Ivey (left) recognized Chief Bean in a ceremony for his efforts in traffic safety. Sheriff Clint Shrum said, “The Chief has been a vital part of our effort to make our county roadways safe. From scheduling manpower to working the road himself, he has exemplified the meaning of leading by example.” Chief Bean is a 35-year law enforcement veteran.
