Trails & Trilliums is turning 10 this spring and celebrating in a big way. Sponsored by the Friends of South Cumberland State Park and held at the historic Monteagle Sunday School Assembly grounds April 12-14, Trails & Trilliums now attracts hikers, wildflower enthusiasts, park supporters and families from four states. The annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper will be held on Tuesday, February 12 at the Father Adamz Memorial Parish House in Tracy city. Serving will begin at 5:00 p.m. and continue through 7:00 p.m. The menu will offer pancakes or waffles, homemade maple syrup, sausage or bacon, coffee or tea, and orange juice or milk. The price is $3 for a child’s dinner and $5 for an adult’s plate. Carry-out
