CPL Walker Recognized
CPL Christopher Walker, while attending Warrior Leadership Course Class 006-12, was recognized by being selected for the Commandant’s List, which is reserved for the top 20% of the class. His accomplishments during the course were reflected on the end of course evaluation report in which he received superior ratings on all of his demonstrated abilities. The instructors took time to note his excellence in the Army Writing System, and overall communications and interactions with other soldiers. CPL Walker was recognized by his instructors, and more importantly by his peers, as he was often seen sacrificing his personal time to help other students with their difficulties, thus helping them pass the course. He earned the trust and respect of his peers and was selected by them to appear before the Outstanding Leadership Board for the course. For outstanding achievement while attending Warrior Leader Course 006-12, as a member of the 304th Military Police Battalion, Detachment 6, CPL Walker was awarded the Army Achievement Medal. CPL Walker is the son of Donna Mansfield Walker of Dunlap and Mike and Vicki Walker of Lavergne and the grandson of Jerry Mansfield of Monteagle and Roy Joe and Sarah Jo Walker of Dunlap. He is currently serving in Kandahar, Afghanistan as a Military Police Investigator.
