Day Of Prayer

On January 28 the Grundy County Commissioners unanimously voted to pass a proclamation designating March 1, 2013 as a day of prayer for the people of Grundy County, a day proclaimed to celebrate prayer. All churches are invited to plan programs to honor the right to pray and to invite those in their community to join them in this celebration. There will be a devotional held at the courthouse at 9:00 a.m. on March 1. Everyone is invited to attend. Grundy County residents are grateful to the Grundy County Commissioners and Mayor Cleek for their valiant efforts for the people of Grundy County.
