Tree of Life Homecare, LLC, provides assistance to the elderly and disabled, providing such services as homemaker, meal preparation, mediation reminders, caregiver, and respite services. They work on a daily basis with the Area Agency on Aging and Disability (AAAD), and TennCare Medicaid through the CHOICES network.

Tree of Life Homecare, LLC, caregivers must have previous care giving experience and/or have attained a CAN or other care giving-related certificate. Previous work history is verified and all caregivers go through a thorough background check including a criminal background check, drug screening and elderly abuse and sexual abuse registry checks. All caregivers are local folks, so that neighbors are helping take care of neighbors. This assures the best of care.
Tree of Life Homecare, LLC, provides a range of services to enable seniors and persons with physical disabilities to remain in their homes and community, and avoid unnecessary institutionalization. The main goal is to assist individuals who do not yet qualify for nursing home care, but are in need of assistance to safely maintain independence in their home setting. Services include periodic assessment, homemaker services, meal preparation, errands, personal care services, and medication reminders.
Tree of Life also participates in the CHOICES network of TennCare and are providers of Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and AmeriGroup.
CHOICES services will not take the place of care you get from family and friends but the home care you get through CHOICES will work together with the help you already receive in order to help you stay in your home and community longer. Care in CHOICES will be provided as cost effectively as possible so that more people who need care will be able to get help.
“We understand that even thinking about the costs associated with providing non-skilled home care can be stressful and intimidating,” said Foster. “At Tree of Life Homecare, LLC, we help explore your options and work to keep our services affordable without sacrificing the quality of care.”
Tree of Life Homecare, LLC, will assist you in applying for any benefits for you to stay in your own home. Simply call 931-592-8733 (TREE) for more information or assistance.
